We expand into software discovery and procurement intelligence, helping organisations choose technology with confidence.
Infrastructure, released as open source
The media origin and email relay we built for our own platforms become Rutba Media FileServer and Rutba MTA — published under AGPL 3.0 alongside our MIT and Apache 2.0 npm packages.
pgrecon — measuring migrations before they start
Years of Oracle-to-PostgreSQL work become pgrecon, an Apache 2.0 assessment engine we give away, with the executive report and the migration itself as the paid work on top.
Rutba Office — a desktop suite, given away
The document engine written so Rutba Workspace could open a customer’s .docx without quietly destroying it becomes Rutba Office: seven desktop applications in one download — nine a fortnight later — free under the AGPL with a commercial licence beside it.
